Terms and Conditions of Membership
These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the programs and services provided by
Joy Radiators Foundation (JRF). By registering and participating on the platform,
members agree to abide by the rules, policies, and conditions stated herein.
- A non-refundable registration fee of ₦3,500 is required to activate membership on the JRF platform.
- Upon successful registration, members are required to make their first contribution within forty-eight (48) hours.
- Failure to make the first contribution within the stipulated period will result in automatic account deactivation, and reactivation will require a fresh registration and payment of the applicable registration fee.
- Members are responsible for ensuring that all personal information provided during registration is accurate and valid. JRF shall not be liable for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the member.
- Members are required to make weekly contributions into their assigned virtual account on or before 11:59 PM every Friday.
- Payments made after the deadline will be considered late payments and will attract a penalty equivalent to 100% of the weekly contribution.
- Any member who contributes less than the required weekly contribution amount will have their account automatically suspended until the deficiency is corrected.
- A ₦2,000 administrative fee will be required to lift any suspension resulting from incomplete contributions.
- Members who upload payment manually should note that transaction confirmation may take between 24 and 48 hours.
- A member must have contributed a minimum total of ₦60,000 before becoming eligible for empowerment consideration.
- Contribution-based empowerment is only available after thirty (30) weeks of consistent participation and contributions.
- To qualify for the ₦100,000 empowerment package and associated food incentives, members must introduce at least one active referral who must remain on the platform for a minimum period of six (6) months.
- Members must also purchase and own an official JRF branded T-shirt to qualify for food empowerment incentives.
- Members without an active referral within eight (8) weeks of registration may be excluded from certain incentive programs.
- Members enrolled in the Fast-Track Program must register five (5) referrals within thirty (30) days of activation.
- Failure to meet the referral requirement within the specified period will result in automatic removal from the Fast-Track category.
- Downlines under a fast-tracked account must remain active for a minimum of six (6) months.
- The five (5) referrals must also remain active on the platform for a minimum of three (3) months before empowerment eligibility.
- Additionally, the five referred members must have been active for at least twelve (12) weeks before the member's sixteen (16) week maturity period.
- Members must ensure all payments and documentation submitted are genuine and verifiable.
- Uploading false payment proofs or fraudulent documents will result in immediate account termination without refund.
- Any payment made in the name of the organization that cannot be automatically verified may require additional verification, including the depositor's bank statement and other supporting documentation.
- Accounts with more than four (4) weeks of missed contributions may be suspended by the management.
- Suspended accounts may lose network benefits including downlines, which may affect empowerment eligibility.
- Accounts with more than four weeks of unresolved defaults may remain suspended until all obligations are cleared.
- Members requesting empowerment withdrawals must first pay a ₦2,000 clearance fee.
- Withdrawal requests will be processed within four (4) business days from the date of request, subject to verification and compliance with all platform requirements.
- JRF reserves the right to delay withdrawals where further verification is required.
- Members may voluntarily terminate their account upon payment of a ₦5,000 termination processing fee.
- Ownership transfer of an account requires payment of ₦5,000 before account details can be updated.
- Once an account is transferred, the new account holder will not inherit the previous owner's downline or referral network.
- Bulk account packages range from forty (40) accounts to one thousand (1,000) accounts.
- Individuals or organizations interested in bulk accounts must visit the JRF office or reach out via our socials or phone to negotiate a payment plan.
- Bulk account holders who fail to establish an official payment plan but continue making weekly payments will have their total contributions refunded at the end of the thrift cycle, though they may still qualify for food incentives.
- Members must provide a trusted next of kin during registration.
- In the unfortunate event of a member's death, the next of kin may claim a refund of the deceased member's contributions, subject to verification.
- A deceased member will not qualify for the 50% benefit if death occurs before completing thirty (30) weeks of contributions.

JRF shall not be liable for losses arising from:
- Incorrect banking details provided by members
- Errors during registration
- Payment delays caused by banks or payment processors
- Participation in the program is voluntary, and members agree to comply fully with the organization's policies.
- JRF reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time in order to improve operations or comply with regulatory requirements.
- Members will be notified of any significant policy updates through official communication channels.
NOTE: Your five (5) referred persons must have been active for no less than
12 weeks on the platform before your 16-week maturity date.
